Registration & Application Process for Ireland

Stage 1:
College Enrollment
- Select your course and apply to your chosen college or university in Ireland.
- Once accepted, receive your offer letter and enrolment confirmation.
- Complete your payment for course fees and receive the official receipt.
Stage 2:
Visa Application
- We assist you in preparing your documents for the visa application.
- Submit your application online through the AVATS system (Automated Visa Application & Tracking System).
- After approval, receive your Irish study visa.
Stage 3:
Registration in Ireland
- Once you arrive in Ireland, you’ll need to register with the local immigration office to obtain your Irish Residence Permit (IRP).
- A €300 fee is required for this registration, which students pay directly at the immigration office.
- Complete your registration with the required documents, including your visa, passport, proof of accommodation, and evidence of sufficient financial support.
Irish Study Visa – Key Requirements
If you plan to study in Ireland for more than 3 months, you’ll need to apply for a Long Stay (D) Study Visa.

- Submit your signed and dated Summary Application Form with your supporting documentation.
